RetireLevel provides a matching service that connects consumers with independent, state-licensed insurance professionals. Our service includes:

  • Collecting information about your retirement goals and savings
  • Introducing you to a licensed insurance professional based on your answers and where you live
  • Providing educational content about retirement income, retirement accounts and annuities

RetireLevel is not an insurance company, insurance producer, broker-dealer, or registered investment adviser. We do not sell annuities or any other financial product. We do not provide personalized financial, insurance, tax, or legal advice. Any product you buy, you buy from the professional or the insurance company, not from us, and the professional is solely responsible for any recommendation they make.

6. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or practices. A link is not an endorsement. Your use of a third-party site is governed by that site's terms and privacy policy.

7. No warranty

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content is accurate, complete, or current. Tax rules, retirement plan rules, figures and product terms change, and content may become out of date. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee, promise, or assurance of any outcome.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RetireLevel AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, SAVINGS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ANY CONTENT ON IT, OR ANY INTRODUCTION MADE THROUGH IT, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RetireLevel from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party.

10. Intellectual property

The Site and its content are owned by RetireLevel or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

11. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date will change, and the revised Terms take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after that constitutes acceptance. We may also modify or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time without notice.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclosures, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. You may not assign them; we may.
